TVRO performing in June 2015

The Thames Valley Recorder Orchestra was founded in 2007 by Helen Hooker and Anne Helmore and now comprises some 45 of the south’s finest recorder players, playing eight different sizes of recorder.  We perform a wide variety of repertoire, from original works by twenty first century composers to arrangements of music from the 13th century to the present day.  In recent concert we have performed several pieces featuring guest soloists, including Steve Marshall (tubax), Rosemary Robinson (spinet) and Kevin Webb (trombone).

We give a concert each summer in the Thames Valley area. For information about our next concert please visit our blog page.
